2. Account Registration & User Obligations

1. You may register an account voluntarily to place orders. You shall submit accurate and valid personal information including full name, email, shipping address and contact number. Any loss caused by false or invalid information such as undeliverable parcels shall be borne solely by you.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. All orders and operations under your account are deemed personally authorized. We shall not be liable for account loss resulting from password leakage or account sharing.
3. Any malicious behaviors including fake orders, abusive returns, fraud, reselling infringing products and posting illegal content are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, cancel orders and pursue legal liabilities.
4. Minors may only place orders with the consent and supervision of legal guardians.

3. Product Information & Pricing

1. All pictures, sizes, materials and parameters of mattresses, bedding sets, quilts and pillows on the website are for reference only. Slight color differences caused by lighting, display screens and production batches do not count as product defects.
2. Listed prices exclude international shipping fees, customs duties and clearance charges; extra fees will be displayed clearly at checkout.
3. We reserve the right to adjust prices, discounts and promotional activities anytime. Once your order is paid successfully, the confirmed price will not be altered arbitrarily.
4. Inventory changes in real time. If items are out of stock or discontinued after order placement, we will contact you to arrange exchange or full refund.

4. Orders, Payment & Fulfillment

1. We support authorized third-party payment channels such as PayPal and credit cards. We do not store your complete bank card details; payment security is guaranteed by payment providers.
2. Your order takes effect once payment is finished. Please double-check your shipping address, size and style before payment; we do not offer free reshipment for address errors.
3. We will arrange packaging and hand over parcels to international couriers within the stated processing time. Shipping duration is estimated only and may be delayed by customs clearance, holidays and regional logistics conditions.
4. You shall cooperate with customs clearance requirements. Parcels returned or confiscated due to your refusal to provide clearance documents will be at your own cost.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All texts, images, product designs, logos and layout content on the website are protected by copyright and trademark laws and belong exclusively to us.
2. No downloading, copying, editing or commercial resale of our website materials is permitted without our written authorization. We will take legal action against infringement.
3. We do not sell counterfeit or infringing goods. You shall be solely responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from your resale of our products.

6. Returns, Exchanges & After-sales Service

1. Returns and exchanges are only available for damaged goods, defective workmanship, wrong items or missing parcels.
2. For returns due to personal preference issues including color difference, unsuitable softness/hardness, wrong size and dislike of style, international shipping fees both ways shall be covered by the buyer.
3. Sealed bedding, latex pillows and mattresses are hygiene products. Unconditional returns are not supported once packaging is opened without quality issues.
4. After-sales requests must be submitted within the specified period after delivery with clear photos and videos as evidence; overdue applications will not be accepted.

7. Disclaimer

1. We shall not be liable for delayed shipment, parcel hold-up or loss caused by force majeure including natural disasters, pandemic, customs policy changes, courier strikes and route suspension. We will assist in tracking logistics actively.
2. Temporary website downtime due to network failure, server maintenance or system upgrade shall not incur compensation.
3. Service malfunctions of third-party couriers and payment providers shall be the responsibility of corresponding third parties.
4. Product aging and wear after normal service life are not covered by after-sales warranty.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by applicable local laws, while complying with consumer protection regulations for European and American customers.
2. All disputes shall first be resolved via email negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled through friendly arbitration.
